This years event (now in it's 19th year) will be held on 6th, 7th and 8th August 2016 to show-case local producers from Elgin to Elim, with over 250 wines from over 80 wine estates on offer. The Hermanus Wine and Food Festival is always voted / nominated as being one of the top 10 Best Wine Shows in South Africa. Each year the event grows bigger and better and attracts at least 5,000 people throughout the weekend. Entry to the venue is R50 per person and to enter the Wine Arena is R100 per person, allowing you to sample as many wines as you desire. Children have their own designated play area. The off-road race will take place on Saturday, 27 August 2016 at the Hopefield Sports Field, and will be held in conjunction with the Hopefield Fynbos Show.
