MannaBay
MannaBay overlooks the city centre of Cape Town, high up at the top of the City Bowl and backs right onto the foot of Table Mountain.
With just 8 individually decorated rooms, this boutique hotel is extremely personalised. And when we say individual decoration we really mean it, with names such as Explorer, Flamingo, Black and White, Oriental, you can imagine the different scale of room design. Each is finished beautifully and contains everything that you might need for your stay in the Mother City.
In addition to the rooms, the communal areas are just as stunning, with the lounge and library taking centre stage with hundreds of books and incredible artwork. The furnishings and artwork are a recurring theme throughout, with a large mural of the world famous multi-coloured St. James beaches prominent when working out in the gym. There is a pool, as well as a large fire pit for cooler evenings, as well as a terrace bar with breathtaking views of Table Mountain.
A must when staying here is the High Tea, offered everyday, there is a vast selection of cakes, pastries and lots of naughty treats that are ever so tasty. All enjoyed with a glass of Cap Classique (the Cape's sparkling wine) whilst over looking the bustling city and port in the café area. The food during your stay is wonderful, with breakfast being prepared in the kitchen right next to you, a great opportunity to see masters at work.
