Aquatic Villa sits in Camps Bay and consists of 5 large, light and spacious en-suite bedrooms, all with King size beds, which can be rented as a 5 bed villa, a 3 bedroom house or 2 bedroom penthouse. The living areas flow effortlessly from inside to out with large, 228m2 outside terrace areas, as well as outdoor dining for 12 people, and outdoor BBQ area. When the heat is on there are two pools, one large and one plunge pool to cool off in. Yet when the temperatures drop there are fireplaces in the lounges and main bedroom.
The villa contains a fully equipped kitchen and scullery, as well as an indigenous garden with herbs for cooking. A fully equipped laundry room, in addition to servicing also 3 times per week. There is a well-equipped gym with incredible sea views, to motivate whilst working out. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms, plus an elevator to all floors, to make life even easier. Off street parking is also provided for up to 3 cars. WIFI is available throughout the villa.
