Private, indigenous garden with wood-burning hot-tub (only for the use of this apartment).

BEDROOM
This is a 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom is separate to the rest of the apartment and offers a luxurious King-size bed.
The bathroom is en-suite and open-planned with bath, shower, basin and toilet.
KITCHEN & DINING
There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with everything you may require to cook a meal.
The large antique dining table offers a great place to come together, play card games, prepare a meal together and simply relax.
TV & WIFI
There is a small 'lounge' area alongside the kitchen with a SMART TV and lounge chairs.
Wifi is fast, complimentary and we also have a Netflix account setup for guests to make use of.
UPS installed and connected to the wifi, so it will continue to work during Loadshedding.
SERVICING
Please note this is a self-catering apartment. Servicing can be arranged upon request at an additional fee.
*There are no laundry facilities for guests on-site. However, we work with a local laundromat who can collect & deliver guest's laundry as required.
PARKING
There is secure, off-street, secure parking available for 1 car booked with this apartment for guests to make use of at no additional charge.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is between 3pm-7pm.
Arrivals between 7pm-8pm can be arranged prior to booking, subject to availability of your host only and will incur an additional fee of R300
CHECK-OUT
Our standard check-out time is 10am.
PETS
Please note that although we are animal lovers, the body corporate do not unfortunately allow pets at this property.
LOADSHEDDING
This is the term used when power is cut to a specific geographical location of the country in order to reduce pressure on the national electricity grid. South Africa is currently experiencing increased loadshedding and it is likely that all travellers will experience this during their trip. Although this is completely out of our control, we do our best to keep our guests informed of the loadshedding schedule and have provided emergency lights in the listing. But please be aware that all electrical appliances and facilities will be out of order during loadshedding. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please be sure to ask us before booking.
*We generally don't allow arrivals on Saturdays or Sundays, however, we are happy to consider arrivals on the weekend for extended stays. Please reach out to us if you'd like to check in on the weekend.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We have been informed that there will be construction taking place on the building next door from Sep 2023 for 6 months. Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) and Saturdays until 1pm. From Oct 2023 noise should be low. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
