PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A beautifully designed garden apartment in Hermanus, just a stones throw from the ocean and an easy walk into Hermanus town centre.
We have an inverter installed for Loadshedding as well as a gas hob for cooking.
There are a couple of stairs to access this property, however, the apartment itself is all on one level. There are no apartments directly above this unit, so it almost feels like a private little cottage.

The kitchen has pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. for guest's use.

Large outdoor table for al-fresco dining.
SERVICING
Please note this is a self-catering apartment. Servicing can be arranged upon request at an additional fee.
*There are no laundry facilities for guests on-site. However, we work with a local laundromat who can collect & deliver guest's laundry as required.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is between 3pm-7pm.
Late arrivals can be arranged prior to booking, subject to availability of your host and will incur an additional fee of R300.
CHECK-OUT
Our standard check-out time is before 10am.
Complimentary late departures up until 12pm (midday) can be arranged, if availability. We can only confirm this the day before your departure.
Departures between 12pm - 3pm can be booked at a rate of 50% of the nightly rate.
Departures after 3pm will be charged at the full nightly rate.
PETS
Please note that although we are animal lovers, the body corporate do not unfortunately allow pets at this property.
LOADSHEDDING
*Inverter & battery has been Installed - 2 August 2023
This is the term used when power is cut to a specific geographical location of the country in order to reduce pressure on the national electricity grid. South Africa is currently experiencing increased loadshedding and it is likely that all travellers will experience this during their trip.
- ON during Loadshedding: Lights, TV, WiFi, fridge, USB charging ports, most plugs, kettle, microwave.
- OFF during Loadshedding: AC, Dishwasher, Geyser, Spa Bath.
- A Gas Hob has been installed for cooking.
*There are also warm blankets & hot water bottles available for our guests during winter for extra comfort.
*We generally don't allow arrivals on Saturdays or Sundays, however, we are happy to consider arrivals on the weekend for extended stays. Please reach out to us if you'd like to check in on the weekend.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We have been informed that there will be construction taking place on the building next door from Sep 2023 Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) and Saturdays until 1pm. From Oct 2023 noise should be low. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
