The Space
Thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, the home offers space for both connection and quiet retreat, with private corners and ever-changing views throughout the day.
A dramatic double-volume entrance sets the tone, with floor-to-ceiling glass drawing the landscape inside. This flows into a light-filled open-plan living area featuring a kitchen, casual dining, formal dining with an indoor braai, and a relaxed lounge that opens onto the pool deck.
Outside, you’ll find an undercover dining area, outdoor braai, and an eco pool set directly against the mountain backdrop. On the opposite side, the sea deck enjoys panoramic views stretching from Gansbaai to Hermanus harbour — the perfect setting for sunset drinks and long evenings outdoors.
Above the garage, a sun deck with jacuzzi and loungers offers another elevated viewpoint for unforgettable sunsets.
The TV lounge sits at the heart of the home, connecting the living spaces. A few steps down lead to two bedrooms, each en-suite with showers and flexible bedding (either twin or king configuration).
