House Rules
- No parties or events: Only registered guests (maximum 6 + infants under 2 years) allowed.
- No additional visitors without prior approval
- Noise should be kept respectful at all times
- Any violation, including loud music or gatherings, may result in immediate cancellation without refund and potential charges for damages or extra cleaning
- All bookings require completion of a quick guest verification via Truvi (a third-party guest verification and damage protection platform) shortly after confirmation, in place of a security deposit.
